Guidelines:

1.Number of Parents from Marginalised Communities : Atleast (0.75 * parent members)

2.Number of Female Members Mandated: Atleast (0.5* parent members)

3.Each member should be given their mobile numbers. The same mobile number cannot be added for other members.
