G.O.No.237 Dt.22.7.2013 - Grant of One Additional Increment of 3 % பற்றிய ஓர் விளக்கம்
நம் நண்பர்கள் தொடர்ந்து நம்மிடம் இது குறித்து கேட்டுவருவதால் இதுபற்றிய ஓர் விளக்கத்தை பதிவு செய்ய விரும்புகிறேன்.
அரசாணையின் தலைப்பிலேயே "Grant of one additional increment of 3% of basic pay to employees on award of Selection Grade / Special Grade in the Revised Scales of pay" என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. in the Revised scales of pay என்பது கவனிக்கப்படவேண்டிய ஒன்றாகும்.
